Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate for EW Analyst. The EW Analyst performs at all levels of the total system product to include: test, installation, operation, maintenance and sustainability. Properly employs test assets in customer-driven test objectives. Performs functional analysis and timeline analysis. Excellent problem-solving acumen to contribute to advanced technical solutions for DoD projects. The analyst will present an understanding of testing philosophies and methodologies within an agile test environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Performs analyst functions in one or more of the following specialties: electronics, electrical, and mechanical.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) or related field.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with advanced security checks
  • CLEARANCE: Secret clearance minimum to start
  • Must be a self-starter, have the ability to consistently deliver at a high level with minimum supervision and maintain continuous communications with peers and upper management personnel
  • Experience working with Electronic Warfare (EW) test data.

Preferred Requirements

  • Radar or Electronic Warfare System design and/or testing.
  • Tasking includes RF chain analysis and radar system performance analysis, as well as all aspects of test execution.
  • Hands-on test, integration, and verification support across lab facilities requiring skills in algorithms, software, hardware, and networking.
  • Familiar with RF simulation software
  • Experience with spectrum analysis tools (Keysight and Rohde & Schwartz)
  • Understanding of antenna construction and theory. 
     

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
