What to Expect During our Hiring Process
What can I expect after I submit my resume/application?
Our Talent Acquisition recruiters are working to review resumes for open positions. They may reach out to you by phone or email with additional questions or to have a quick conversation in an effort to find the best candidate and position match possible. Even if you are not contacted, your resume becomes a part of a database shared by all our recruiters for future positions.
How do I check the status of my application?
After logging in to your profile, you will be directed to your “Candidate Profile” page. Scroll down the page to the “Jobs Applied” section and expand the section to view each position you have applied to. Your current status for each position is listed underneath the job title and position location. The date that the status was updated is immediately underneath the status. You can review the details of the position and your application by clicking on the job title in each tile.
If I receive a request to update my application, where do I go to update?
Sometimes in the process of reviewing your application, we will need to request additional information from you. You can provide that to us by logging in to your profile and expanding the “Jobs Applied” section. The position listed in our request email will have a status note that reads, “Additional Information Requested.” Click on the job title and expand the “Job-Specific Information” section. Additional questions and requests for more information will be available there. Scroll down the page to view the requested information and click “Update” at the bottom of the page before leaving the system.
