Mission Technologies (MT), a division of HII, is seeking to hire a Senior Technician to support operations at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL).
This full-time position is on-site at NRL on the Maryland side of the Potomac near the southern-most part of Washington DC.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 3 years of related experience; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years related experience
- Maintenance of large vacuum systmes and familiarity with high voltage capacitor systems
- Experience determining supply requirements, ordering, picking up materials required for efficient performance of work under the contract, and managing junior technical staff in the performance of their duties
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US level Secret clearance
Preferred Requirements
- Machine shop, forklift and crane experience
- Experience in drafting and machine tool operation
- An active US level Secret clearance
