This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Your Mission and Essential Responsibilities In this role, you will be the go-to expert for personnel and administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and helping AFCENT HQ achieve its critical objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for new personnel, guiding them with orientation and initial training.

  • Managing a wide array of unit programs, including security, training, government travel, emergency preparedness, and much more.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to commanders, providing insights, recommendations, and administrative support for personnel functions.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and directives, maintaining efficiency and excellence.

  • Leading innovation by identifying process improvements, training teams on new administrative methods, and overseeing unit initiatives.

  • Organizing and supporting command-sponsored events with proper protocol.

Minimum Qualifications

0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.

  • Familiarity with military personnel requirements and administrative programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.

  • 6 years of experience working with military personnel requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in administrative tools and software.

Physical Requirements

Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
