This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems.

Summary
HII’s Mission Technologies division is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. This position is part of our Cyber and Intelligence division, which plays a critical role in supporting Enterprise-Level Security and Modernization efforts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical facilities, and personnel operations.
The selected candidate will contribute to a high-impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission-critical systems and environments. The program is scheduled to launch in early 2026 and due to the classified nature of the mission and the sensitivity of the operational environment, an active TS/SCI security clearance will be required.
Manager Programs 1: $110,552 - $150,168
Manager Programs 2: $131,684 - $183,074
Manager Programs 3: $164,552 - $205,426
What you will do
- Responsible for the profit and loss of a large complex program.
- Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
- Responsible for serving multiple customers requiring developing and managing plans across several subcontractors.
- Responsible for overseeing a program contained at one primary geographic location however covering remote locations and multiple business functions and employees directly assigned to program.
- Program may require new technologies.
- Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs.
- Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Develops new business or expands services with the customer.
- Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
- Directs the work of employees including management level assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
What we are looking for
- Mgr Programs 1: 4 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years progressive relevant experience.
- Mgr Programs 2: 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Mgr Programs 3: 8 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant experience..
- Relevant industry certifications (as applicable).
- Prior experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
- Proficiency with specialized tools or software aligned to the role.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start. Candidate must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a CI poly.
