Job Description

HII - Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is seeking a Program Management Analyst to provide production management support at our customer site at Scott AFB, IL.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide production management support to include: receive support requests from customers; monitor and control projects; and assist project managers with required document generation.
• Assist in the development of project management policies, processes and methods.
• Develop metrics, provide trend analysis, generate reports and provide recommendations/solutions to resolve process and artifact management gaps/shortfalls
• Develop/maintain project folders, generate reports, track suspenses, and provide input into the overall HQ CCC workload process/program
• Provide metrics and analysis of customers’ concerns.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• 2 years experience in one or more of the following systems:
  • SharePoint
  • Remedy
  • Microsoft Teams
• 1 year experience in Metrics Collection and Analysis
• 3 years of customer support experience
• Clearance: Must have at least an active interim Secret level clearance
