We are seeking a Project Management Analyst to join our team here at Mission Technologies, a division of HII. This is a full-time role located at our San Diego, CA office. 

What You Will Do

  • Support, Lead and coordinate Change Order Requests for C4ISR SE3 PAC Projects (Populate, Maintain, Track)
  • Accountable for comprehending government documentation (IDR, LARs, GFI...etc.)
  • Populate, Track and draft Condition Found Reports and Log
  • Engage in procurement and subcontractor documentation, ensuring accuracy and effectively manage progress, conduct reports.
  • Process Project specific requests: 
    • Submit Drivers Request 
    • Tool Request forms
    • Material Requests – New awards
    • Travel Requests
    • Ship Visit Request
  • CDRL Submittals 
  • Performs normal office functions such as trades personnel calls; arranging meetings and conferences; take meeting minutes and action items.
  • Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment.
  • Additional duties as assigned (example… assist with POAM, Finance, Subk support)
     

What You Must Have

  • Experience in processing Change Order Request notifications

  • Familiar with GFI, Liaison Action Requests and government documentations

  • Experience with technical writing and supporting office administrative duties.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Technical background and familiar with USN Shipboard and Submarine Based Policies and Procedures.

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented.

  • Great organization, independence & Self-driven.

  • Must be a US Citizen. 

  • 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.

Bonus Points For...

  • Project Coordinator Background

  • Experience working with SPAWAR/NIWC C4I Contracts.

  • Surface ship, Shore and/or Submarine C4I technical hands-on experience preferred.

  • Having a current or active secret clearance or above a plus.

Physical Requirements

Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
