We are actively recruiting for a Program Manager with a TOP SECRET security clearance who has sound knowledge of DOD acquisition processes for Air Force programs that deliver and sustain warfighting capabilities. Our ideal candidate will be someone with DoD acquisition knowledge who is ready to take the next step in their career and assist with leading a small team. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provide project management assistance for projects that support the sustainment of the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center’s Weapons Secure Storage Division (AFNWC/WS3).
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams with geographically separated members.
  • Applicant will be responsible for developing project work plans with milestones/key deliverables, coordinating multiple work group committees, maintaining a repository of project documents including meeting materials, background documents, the project plan, decision/follow up items’ logs, and lessons learned.
  • Administrative tasks such as building PowerPoint briefs, tracking required training, etc. may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
  • Ideally seeking 5 years of DoD acquisition experience.
  • Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills.
  • Clearance: Must have an active TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility.  #LI-LD1

  • Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
