HII-Mission Technologies is seeking passionate individuals to join our team in partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) analysis and production, driving new capabilities and insights that will revolutionize intelligence analysis.
You'll be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics capabilities, enhancing the intelligence prowess of the U.S. and its allies. Your work will directly support the unification and operationalization of AI across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, facilitating Joint All-Domain Operations (JADO) by enabling rapid decision-making and seamless information sharing, ultimately providing crucial warfighting advantages.

This position is contingent upon the OBIQUA Contract Award.
What you will do
- Conducts all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign Government open source materials within established security protocols
- Analyzes foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements
- Conduct in-depth analysis of social network data to identify key influencers, sentiment shifts, emerging narratives, disinformation campaigns, brand mentions, public opinion, and potential threats or crises
- Monitor and analyze online conversations to identify emerging trends, memes, hashtags, and discussions relevant to the organization's objectives (e.g., brand reputation, market insights, security threats)
- Map social networks, identify key opinion leaders, and analyze relationships between individuals and groups within online communities
- Assess potential risks (e.g., reputational damage, misinformation, insider threats) or opportunities (e.g., market insights, positive sentiment, emerging trends) based on social network intelligence
- Identifies sources of PAI of potential intelligence value, to include resources which offer data for purchase, in order to satisfy a given intelligence requirement
- Employs tactics, techniques, and procedures when conducting Publicly Available Information (PAI) collection, in order to mitigate operational risks and interpret laws and policies governing the collection and use of PAI
- Maintains and manipulates intelligence information sharing databases, data formats/products, and shared directories
- Tracks and coordinates intelligence production requirements; prepare studies, publications, and briefings
- Prepares Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)
- Processes, analyzes, and consolidates Requests for Information (RFI)
- Additional duties as assigned or required
What we are looking for
- 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with social media listening and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of social media platforms' APIs, data structures, and functionalities
- Ability to conduct advanced Boolean searches and other complex queries for information retrieval
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with a current Poly

- Recent applicable experience within the last 2 years
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts and sentiment analysis
