HII-Mission Technologies is seeking passionate individuals to join our team in partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) analysis and production, driving new capabilities and insights that will revolutionize intelligence analysis.
 
You'll be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics capabilities, enhancing the intelligence prowess of the U.S. and its allies. Your work will directly support the unification and operationalization of AI across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, facilitating Joint All-Domain Operations (JADO) by enabling rapid decision-making and seamless information sharing, ultimately providing crucial warfighting advantages.

This position is contingent upon the OBIQUA Contract Award.

What you will do

•    Assists Aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. 
•    Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems, and shapes, workflow and processes. 
•    Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data, and formal production and taskings.
•    Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
Specific QAF duties:
•    Design and develop a user-friendly interface for the application, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility for all users
•    Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure the application meets the needs of the AI assurance program
•    Develop workflows for document and information sharing, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders have access to the information they need
•    Collaborate with team members to identify and document business processes, and develop workflows to support these processes
•    Develop a document management system, including features such as document upload, search, and retrieval
•    Ensure that all documents are properly stored, retrievable, and version-controlled
•    Develop an API for integration with other systems, including project management tools and customer relationship management tools
•    Ensure that all integrations are properly tested and validated before implementation
•    Maintain and update the application to ensure that it continues to meet the needs of the QAF program
•    Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize updates and maintenance tasks
•    Monitor and analyze application performance to identify areas for improvement
•    Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and ensure the application is optimized for user experience
•    Provide ongoing training and support to users on the use of Application, including workflows and documentation
•    Ensure that users are aware of the benefits and best practices for using the application
•    Additional duties as assigned or required 

What we are looking for

•    2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
•    Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with a current Poly
•    Experience in aligning processes and technology to enable efficient information sharing and analytic production within organizations. Familiarity with centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems.
•    Strong capability in developing workflows for document and information sharing, as well as identifying and documenting business processes to support optimized workflows.
•    Experience in developing and maintaining document management systems, including features like document upload, search, retrieval, proper storage, and version control.
•    Ability to maintain and update applications, identify and prioritize updates, and monitor/analyze application performance to identify areas for improvement.
•    Experience using data and analytics to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
•    Proven ability to provide ongoing training and support to users on application usage, workflows, and documentation.
•    Experience compiling reports on performance and usage metrics, and future requirements for knowledge management capabilities (e.g., search, discovery, storage, retrieval, formal production, tasking).
•    Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.

•    Bachelor’s with 3 years of experience 
•    Recent applicable experience within the last 2 years 
•    Direct experience supporting or contributing to a Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) or similar AI assurance programs.

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
