HII-Mission Technologies is seeking passionate individuals to join our team in partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) analysis and production, driving new capabilities and insights that will revolutionize intelligence analysis.
You'll be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics capabilities, enhancing the intelligence prowess of the U.S. and its allies. Your work will directly support the unification and operationalization of AI across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, facilitating Joint All-Domain Operations (JADO) by enabling rapid decision-making and seamless information sharing, ultimately providing crucial warfighting advantages.

What you will do
• Geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methodologies, spatial, temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences.
• Exploit imagery, vector, and other data types to include non-geospatially correlated data to locate, identify, and map objects in spatial domain.
• Provide analysis on, but is not limited to, terrain mapping, route planning, and maritime geospatial activity.
Specific OBI duties:
• Analyze and characterizes spatial-temporal data using GIS such as ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Serve as the primary POC for geospatial expertise, ensuring tradecraft compliance and analytic standards. As it relates to geospatial analysis on the contract
• Provide advice on emerging use, spatial methods, tools, algorithms, training, or requirements to advance DIA’s analytic edge in relation to geospatial analysis
• Use geospatial tools, enterprise capabilities, methodologies, spatial and temporal data, imagery, social and physical. Science is to exploit imagery, vector, and other data types - Including non-geospatially correlated data - to identify and characterize evidence to support all source analytic assessments.
• Employ new and approved methodologies or data sets to address information gaps and identify areas of information, to help resolve complex analytic problems and to ensure solutions to analytical problems are rigorous and logical.
• Exploit and understanding of community data sets, agency programs, machine learning, data science, and related disciplines to collaborate on analytic projects or programs throughout the DoD, IC, CCMDS, Foreign Partners, Academia, and Industry.
• Provide deliverables that enhance analytic insight through the integration of new data sets and advanced analytic methods.
• Integrate geospatial data, techniques, and tools into workflows that respond to analytic requirements and client needs.
• Leverage cartographic principles in all map products to ensure ease of use and interpretation
• Support DIA efforts to vet or validate existing or emerging programs and capabilities.
• Develop or discovers algorithms and solutions to analyze, process, or visualize data that is larger RAM or requires distributed processing

What we are looking for
• 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
• Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with a current Poly
• In depth knowledge and experience in conducting geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methodologies, spatial temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences
• Possess in-depth knowledge of integrating geospatial data into all source products or analytical workflows, and at building and explaining geospatial models that leverage statistics, data science, and appropriate quantitative methods.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in analyzing and characterizing spatial-temporal data using industry-standard GIS software like ArcGIS or QGIS.
