Are you a Senior All-Source Analyst ready to be at the forefront of intelligence innovation? HII-Mission Technologies is seeking passionate individuals to join our team in partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) analysis and production, driving new capabilities and insights that will revolutionize intelligence analysis.

 

You'll be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics capabilities, enhancing the intelligence prowess of the U.S. and its allies. Your work will directly support the unification and operationalization of AI across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, facilitating Joint All-Domain Operations (JADO) by enabling rapid decision-making and seamless information sharing, ultimately providing crucial warfighting advantages.

What you will do

•    Conduct spatially enabled, all source analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. 
•    Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, and. Investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
•    Support DIA development of OBI governance documentation and development of training for OBI practitioners
•    Apply DIA and IC Tradecraft standards, style, and editing standards and implement all guidance in OBI governance and reference documentation, training materials
•    Demonstrate, and the delivery of narrative products, working knowledge of using structured analytic techniques and methodologies to examine biases, assumptions, and theories to increase confidence of analytic assessments and minimize uncertainty and strength and analytic arguments and apply them to OBI governance and tradecraft documentation
•    Correlate results into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products that adhere to DNI analytic tradecraft standards, including through DIA's Finished Intelligence product lines, enabling informed analytic decisions. This production may involve the use and demonstration of integrating emerging or existing DIA data or advanced analytic methods into intelligence products
•    Research and understands client needs and requirements and use this knowledge to propose. Initiative and tasked products that synthesize intelligence narratives, enabling response to client needs
•    Retrieve, proactively, information from various sources, including classified and unclassified sources, and analyze the information using existing and emerging DIA and IC capabilities in datasets, to develop analytic assessments
•    Integrate appropriate methods, processes, and workflows to bring multiple capabilities and multi-variant data into a coherent, tradecraft compliant, all source intelligence narrative
•    Exploit large, complex, spatial & temporal data to produce both relevant and tradecraft compliant all-source intelligence production against requirements in support of Office and Agency intelligence production requirements
•    Provide all source analysis enabled by data science methods and spatial data to meet OBI mission objectives
•    Collaborate and coordinates with the DIE - Including appropriate Agency Functional offices, regional offices, centers, the combatant commands and IC elements to ensure analytic concurrence among functional or regional area stakeholders throughout the DIE on OBI governance and tradecraft related objectives
•    Use principles and standards set forth in Intelligence Community Directive 203 to ensure that all products comply with DNI and DIA standards for analytic tradecraft and integrity.
•    Support DIA efforts to vet or validate existing or emerging programs and capabilities
•    Additional duties as assigned

What we are looking for

•    5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
•    Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with a current Poly
•    Proven experience conducting spatially-enabled, all-source analysis using intelligence and information from diverse sources (classified and unclassified) to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues.
•    Demonstrated working knowledge and application of structured analytic techniques and methodologies to examine biases, assumptions, and theories, thereby increasing confidence in assessments and strengthening analytic arguments.
•    Ability to correlate analysis results into clear graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products that adhere to DNI analytic tradecraft standards, including DIA's Finished Intelligence product lines.
•    Experience in proactively retrieving and analyzing information from various sources and exploiting large, complex, spatial, and temporal data to produce relevant and tradecraft-compliant intelligence products.
•    Strong collaboration and coordination skills with diverse stakeholders within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) and IC elements to ensure analytic concurrence.

Physical Requirements
