Summary
HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a qualified individual to support U.S. Government-directed training and exercise initiatives. This role involves assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of U.S. military training activities, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) exercises supporting base defense operations, and both bilateral and multilateral engagements. The position also includes support for training efforts involving foreign governments and military personnel, particularly those affiliated with NATO, NATO member countries, and nations within the EUCOM and AFRICOM Areas of Responsibility. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of defense training environments.
What You Will Do
- Providing resources and scenarios that support exercises based on real-world mission requirements that includes information sharing with USAFE-AFAFRICA partners.
- Participating in scheduled demonstrations and major command exercises.
- Providing coordination for the transportation of personnel, equipment, and resources to support training and exercise events.
- Manage and advise leadership on exercise resources and staffing, comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and coordinate and interact with other government agencies and DoD partners.
- Collaborates with representatives of national and international government organizations to exchange data and coordinate activities.
- Participate in planning venues related to the development and implementation of USAFE-AFAFRICA plans, programs, policies and procedures.
- Provides guidance on ISR support to case management and field collection operations.
- Researching, developing, and delivering tailored training briefs and formal courses. This includes but is not limited to various types and levels of foreign disclosure training.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and coordinating plans, policy and programs related to training assets and capabilities and integrating them into operational and strategic mission requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Prior experience with Coalition Partner Training/Exercise Planning.
- Instructional level experience and ability to host orientations and presentations in desired ISR skillset.
- Have relevant experience in developing ISR strategies and plans to effectively integrate ISR capabilities with theater operations.
- Highly Skilled knowledge of IAMD Exercise Planning.
- Must be willing to travel internationally.
- Clearnace: Must posses and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred: Bonus Points For....
- Associate’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of recent specialized experience; OR Recognized major industry certification with at least 7 years of recent specialized experience; OR A total of 11 years of recent specialized experience without a degree or certification.
- Prior experience with IAMD Exercise Planning
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office suite.
- Must have a Current TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) and be eligible for additional specialized clearances as needed.
- Have demonstrated relevant experience in analyzing, reviewing, producing, disseminating, and publishing formal documentation (briefings, memoranda, instructions, etc.) concerning ISR or with ISR implications.
