This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Summary
Join HII-Mission Technologies as an Executive Administrative Assistant, supporting the United States Forces Korea (USFK), Assistant Chief of Staff, J2 (ACofS, J2) JIOC-K! You'll play a key role in providing critical and timely intelligence to the Commander, USFK, Combined Forces Command, and their associated staffs and commanders.
The JIOC-K's mission focuses on identifying enemy threats, overseeing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) activities, and dissecting enemy actions to anticipate their likely strategies. This analytical work is essential for enhancing Defense Intelligence, ensuring that accurate, timely, and comprehensive all-source intelligence reaches the Commander and other users. You'll also contribute to transforming theater intelligence operations, leveraging global intelligence capabilities to protect U.S. personnel and interests in the Korea Theater of Operations (KTO). What you will do
- Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities
- Reviews documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting
- Assists with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings
- Prepares correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities
- Creates read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings
- Provides cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
- Coordinates, schedules, updates and maintains director and deputy director division calendars, schedule appointments, invitations, meetings and video teleconferences (VTCs)
- Receives visitors and telephone calls, recommend or refer actions to Government as necessary
- Drafts and types correspondence, forms, staff summary sheets, memorandums, memorandums for the record, information papers, fact sheets, point papers, decision papers, and meeting minutes
- Ensures decisions and actions requiring coordination are properly staffed, concurred with, and approved
- Maintains records and files in accordance with regulations
- Monitors and tracks civilian and military awards and recognition, and security requests
- Performs Intelligence RFI Validation Officer functions to include review, refinement, validation, assignment to appropriate internal and external customers, monitoring, and closeout
- Maintains access to Defense Travel System (DTS), and assumes the duties of a DTS reviewer of travel requests and claims, conferences and non DTS entry agent to recommend changes as needed
- Provides guidance and assistance to travelers for preparing authorizations, local vouchers, vouchers and other travel documents; drafts unavailable travelers’ authorizations, local vouchers, travel vouchers, and other travel documents
- Monitors for accuracy, update and submit changes to USFK J2’s Manpower, Manning and Personnel (MM&P) database
- Monitors and provides status updates to division tasks across all classification networks to ensure timely completion by a given suspense
- Additional duties as assigned or required
What we are looking for
- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
- Experience supporting military operations
- Able to surge support during 2 exercises per year
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance, with the continued ability to obtain a Poly

- Familiarity with the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA)
