Job Description
Plans, prepares, issues and controls project schedules. Coordinates with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet requirements. Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability and potential problems to ensure personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed. Coordinates with various departments to collect and provide data. Develops and submites contract deliverables. Manages Earned Value Management System for assigned projects. Develops analyzes and briefs project critical path(s) and project schedule status to internal and external customers.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
- Must have active secret clearance
- Must have MS Project, Excel & MS Office advanced user experience
- 3 or more years experience with critical path analysis
- 3 or more years experience working in a government/DoD contracting environment #LI-MH1
- Must be able to commute to Pocasset, Mass location as needed
Preferred Requirements
- MS Project advanced user - required
- 3 or more years experience with critical path analysis
- MS Excel advanced user - required
- MS Office advanced user - preferred
- 3 or more years experience working in a government/DoD contracting environment
- Familiar with Earned Value Management
- Experince with Primavera P6 - preferred
- Experience in responding to government and/or industry RFPs, RFIs and Sources Sought
