Job Description
HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Deliverables Manager in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.
Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of various contract deliverables. Compiles, reviews, and finalizes the MSR, which details project advancements, issues encountered along with remedial actions, staffing adjustments, actions required from the government, and financial status. Charged with drafting and consistently updating the PMP to capture the project's operational framework, from management methodologies to communication strategies, ensuring alignment with the identified WBS and incorporation of the QMP. Collates and documents comprehensive trip reports, recording the objectives, expenditure, and intelligence gained from travel. They are tasked with the implementation and continual refinement of the QMP, which includes its methodologies, performance metrics, and process enhancements. Develops and keeps current the TDP, encapsulating the project's scope, cost, timeline, risk mitigation, staffing requirements, and phase-out details.
