Job Description

HII – Mission Technology Corp. is looking for a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) at Tinker AFB, OK with experience developing

  • IA Standard Operating Procedures (IASOP)
  • System Security Plans (SSPs)
  • Implementing audits, threat, and vulnerability assessments

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Apply security-related software tools to manage and control classified information systems.
  • Ensure appropriate operational security posture is maintained for an information system.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD Contractor; High School or equivalent with 20 years of experience.  
  • Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for IAT Level II or IAM Level II within 6 months of the date the position is filled.
  • DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management Level I and GIAC Security Leadership Certification Security+, or equivalent certifications
  • Three to five years of classified information systems experience working with an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to develop and implement DoD security controls.
  • DoD Directive 8140.01 IS and IA certifications, Air Force Special Access Authorization Tool experience, and experience implementing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) per the Joint
  • SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), are highly desired.
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance to start.
