Job Description
HII Mission Technologies is looking for a Facility Manager to support the WB program office located at Tinker AFB, OK. Must have a TS/SCI clearance. This individual will:
- Perform work in a wide range of support and management assignments such as coordinating the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
- Monitor facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs.
- Operate in accordance with the Civil Engineering Division Facility Manager’s Guide in the organization assigned
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Government Real Property Building Manager (RPBM) on a wide range of tasks to include, but not limited to:
- Record and maintain information on safety certifications and inspections.
- Manage work orders.
- Act as a liaison/focal point with all functional branches and shop supervisors.
- Oversee project work schedules and recurring work plans.
- Dispatch service calls for Civil Engineer support and do-it-now emergency response teams. Identify facility maintenance issues, and track the status of all work requests until completed/resolved.
- Collect and record budget information related to facility modification, repairs, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with engineering technicians for mechanical equipment, air conditioning, refrigeration, fire systems, stand-by emergency power, and related preventative maintenance programs.
- Oversee the assignment of reserved parking spaces.
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of facility.
- Oversee/manage major facility modifications/repairs (i.e. HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural changes).
- Perform minor facility repairs, improvements, and maintenance (i.e. light bulb replacements, hand-tool adjustments for tightening items, hang approved wall pictures, building temperature adjustments, et al).
- Help manage Division self-inspection process, including checklist tracking and completion, MICT Administrator.
- Assist with Building Evacuation Plans, ensure compliance with accountability.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
- TS/SCI Clearance
