Job Description
HII is seeking a security-cleared Logistics Management Analyst to support the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) contract. This role requires a U.S. Citizen with an active security clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to manage the full lifecycle of accountable assets, material inventory, and government property. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Government Property Management systems and Federal Property Management Regulations.
Essential Job Responsibilities
What you will do:
• Oversee “cradle to grave” management of the program’s accountable assets, including acquisition, utilization, tracking, and disposition.
• Maintain compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and industry best practices in property management.
• Conduct self-assessment audits of government property and initiate corrective actions for discrepancies.
• Administer inventory control and ensure proper reporting, reutilization, storage, and disposal of government assets.
• Manage and track Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
• Prepare and submit required property reports to the customer, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide technical expertise in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
• Work closely with the Logistics Manager and Property Manager to streamline operations.
• Travel up to 50% to various locations for property oversight and inspections.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support program objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
What you must have:
• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in logistics, procurement, or property management.
• At least one (1) year of hands-on, relevant Government Property Management system administration supporting government contracts.
• Knowledge of Federal Property Management Regulations and industry best practices for government property management.
• Experience conducting self-assessments and audits in compliance with government policies.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and asset tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and a team-oriented approach to responsibilities.
• Willing to travel up to 50% to support program requirements.
Preferred Requirements
Bonus Points:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or a related field.
• Property Management certifications (desired but not required).
• Experience working with Government Contract Logistics.
• Knowledge of Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
• Knowledge of ITAR requirements
