Description


The Nuclear Australia Program Office within Mission Technologies – Nuclear & Environmental Services, is looking for a Project Management Analyst 4 candidate to join the team in Newport News, VA. 

What You Will Do

 

  • Tracking and executing strategic NDA’s and MOU’s.
  • Capture and document processes and lessons learned for standup of an international business.
  • Manage the Integrated Project Plan.
  • Manage the budget. 
  • Manage conference and event attendance.
  • Track and manage action items for HII and JVs.
  • Manage all ICO submissions and reviews including logging all meetings and events. 
  • Build and manage SharePoint site and file management system.
  • Day to day program management duties as assigned to support growth of the Australia business group.

What You Must Have

 

  • Candidate is required to have either 
    • Ten (10) years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 
    • Or eight (8) years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 
    • Or High School Diploma or equivalent and fourteen (14) years relevant experience.
  • Candidate must have experience with submarine tendered maintenance activities (planning or execution).
  • Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must have strong organizational skills.
  • Candidate must have patience and flexibility to support an emerging opportunity (startup mentality).
  • Candidate must have experience in Microsoft Project
  • Candidate must be proficient in the use of desktop or personal computers with associated software (i.e., word processing, graphics, database, spreadsheets, etc.) or other computer products as required by the applicable discipline.
  • Candidate must have an active secret security clearance. 
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Candidate must have an active U.S. Passport.

Bonus Points For ...

 

  • International experience (forward deployed U.S. Navy ship support) is preferred. 
  • Experience with Power BI is preferred. 

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
