We have an exciting opportunity here at HII for an Administrative Generalist to join our growing team at the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center, (JITTC-N) facility at Nellis, AFB, NV. This is a full-time onsite role that will be supporting our Modeling, Simulation, and Training team.

What You Will Do

Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development.

Will be responsible for updating data in internal databases.

Providing assistance for scheduling travel for internal team members.
-
Assisting the Finance department in managing and updating CostPoint system.
-
Represents organizational unit on administrative matters.
-
Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures.

May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
What You Must Have
-
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Must be able to obtain a CAC card and base access within 60 days of hire. Must be able to maintain access throughout employment.

Ability to execute on multiple tasks at one time.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge and understanding of basic financial and accounting principles.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work assignments.

0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.

Candidates with experience in Accounting and/or Purchasing desired.

Travel systems and policies experience desired.

Prefer candidates with an active Secret clearance.

Prefer candidates with Costpoint (Deltek) systems experience.
