Position Summary:
HII: Mission Technologies is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst for its Office at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma. The Logistics Management Analyst Develops and implements policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure effective and economical support for integration testing and evaluation of U.S. Air Force aircraft, with a focus on weapons integration and demonstration on bomber aircraft.

What you will do
- Analyze complex contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports to determine requirements.
- Develop logistics plans for facilities, personnel, equipment, spares and maintenance.
- Assists in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
- Assess and recommends the feasibility of proposed approaches to solve complex problems.
- Prepare and presents reports, studies, cost analyses, and briefings to staff and customers as needed.
- Participate in technical discussions at project review sessions and in negotiations with the customer.
- Research logistics technology advances and applies appropriate technology in order to improve logistics processes.
- Participate in writing sections of proposals calling for logistics expertise.
- Identify and resolves complex logistics issues.
- Provide guidance to less experienced Logistics Analysts.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What we are looking for
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Current knowledge of USAF aircraft weapons employment systems
- Equipment Specialist and/or Aircraft planning experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Security Clearance: Current Secret Clearance is required.
- Proficient is using Interactive Electronic Tech Manuals (IETM)
- Working knowledge of Depot level System Program Office operations
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in a shipboard environment. Must be able to lift, carry, and transport heavy equipment.
