  • Maintain documentation related to medical program performance, readiness, staffing, training, and equipment.
  • Support the development and refinement of medical inspection checklists, evaluation criteria, and reporting templates.
  • Analyze medical program data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in performance and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the Medical Operations Oversight Physician to support inspection execution, data collection, and reporting.
  • Interface with the Program Medical Director, operations staff, and subcontractors to ensure transparency and alignment on program requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and executive summaries for internal leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Monitor adherence to contractual requirements, internal policies, and applicable medical and operational standards.
  • Support logistics coordination related to medical operations, including equipment tracking, personnel movement, and site readiness as required.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, compliance, and program effectiveness.

  • Experience working in a program support, compliance, operations, or logistics role within a medical or healthcare-related environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage data, track actions, and support reporting requirements.
