Job Description

HII-Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is seeking a functional analyst for our US Coast Guard customer site in Kearneysville, WV.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Performs functional analysis to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
  • Work with technical team on systems integration.
  • Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
  • Develop test scripts, perform testing activities and documents test results
  • Develop process flows, functional requirements and business rules associated with the business processes
  • Conduct meetings with team members to identify business process flow for various processes associated with investigative case management.
  • Conduct requirements analysis.
  • Create user stories and user acceptance criteria.
  • Develop use cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Create Functional Requirement Documents.
  • Work with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define User Interface requirements.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in realted field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Possesses knowledge and experience in the requirements and integration of systems.
  • Experience implementing or using Case Management solutions.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
