HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Knowledge Manager (Business Process Analyst 4) who will drive operational excellence through systematic process improvement and innovation. This role will combine strategic thinking with practical implementation to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Position requires a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

What you will do
- Design and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) across multiple business units.
- Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and create innovative solutions for non-standard challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across teams and departments.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using data-driven approaches.
- Create and maintain knowledge and data repositories and toolsets to promote organizational awareness, rigor and discipline.
- Guide cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote knowledge sharing.
What we are looking for
- 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience
- Security+ CE Certification
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant DoD IT project related work experience
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in knowledge management
- Current SCUM Master
- Experience with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) or other Business Process Engineering standards
- CMMI certification or substantial practical experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and initiatives
- Works well with others and fosters a culture of team success
- Must possess an active secret security clearance, current within five years, based upon a single scope background investigation (SSBI) or SSBI periodic review
Preferred Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of the Technology Integration and Support Cooperative (TISC) Program.
- Experience in designing, creating, configurating and sustaining enterprise-level MS SharePoint sites and services.
- Experience with implementing automation features including workflows, notifications, and integrating the Microsoft Family of O365 products.
- Experience in creating templates and executing organizational changes to support emerging needs within MS SharePoint services.
- Experience utilizing Agile and Kanban methodologies and principles and frameworks.
- Experience with collaboration, development tracking, and version control systems such as Git or GitLab, Confluence, Jira and Atlassian.
- Comfortable managing user roles and permissions in knowledge management systems.
- PowerShell, scripting, and other task automation knowledge, skills and abilities are highly desired.
- Have extensive familiarity with providing support to the DoD, USAF and USSOCOM Development & Engineering processes to support TISC service delivery requirements.
- Ability to work outside comfort zone and support emerging tasks and requirements to enhance organizational performance.
