We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Data Entry Specialist to join our HR Services team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our HR operations and helping ensure smooth, efficient business processes. The position is located at our Huntsville, Alabama office and follows a hybrid work schedule.
What You Will Do:
- High volume, timeline driven data entry of employee transactions in the human capital management system and company financial system
- Responsible for ensuring assigned centralized HR processes are entered and tracked according to policy and guideline; maintain supporting documentation electronically
- Supporting and providing customer service for centralized HR programs such as Military Pay Differentials, PTO Donation Requests and backup support for all other HR Services functions, including Leave Administration, ADA Accommodations tracking and Education Assistance processing
- Respond to data requests in support of internal and external regulatory audits
- Supporting HRIS system and process upgrades and improvements through testing and process documentation
- Supporting the overall HR&A organization with file maintenance and other administrative HR related duties, as needed, to include but not be limited to, filing, shredding, making copies, processing correspondences as requested, processing background and education verification checks
- Participating in HR initiatives and projects as needed
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience performing data management or similar employee file management
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and customer service is required
- Candidate must have proficiency with MS Office and have proven communication and organizational skills
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Costpoint and SAP Successfactors a plus
