Job Description

HII-Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is currently seeking candidates for our Intelligence Lead position supporting the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), Exercises, Operations, and Information Services (CEOIS) contract.

Position reports to HII-TSD Office in Honolulu, HI; however, the specific location is negotiable.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.
  • Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information.
  • Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
  • Serves as the senior intelligence advisor for all information and intelligence aspects of work performed under the contract (to augment or complement current OSINT, HUMINT, and SIGINT with global, financial and economic, crime and drug, health and scientific, academic, environmental, business directory, media and journalism, marketing and social media data sources to help identify enablers of extremist elements and uncover methods of disrupting their operating spaces and denying freedom of movement).
  • This position will be the primary resource responsible for advising senior Government leadership and decision makers on the efficacy of information and intelligence support.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Science, Engineering, Electrical, or Computer related field of study.
  • Possess five years of current experience (i.e., within the last ten years) supporting DoD intelligence programs.
  • Possess ten years of current experience (i.e., within the last 15 years) leading design, development, and execution of intelligence programs.
  • Clearance:  Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Requirements
  • Possess three years of experience in CCMD [Combatant Command] intelligence and information requirements activities.
  • Possess three years of experience with in-theater/AOR support in CCMD intelligence and information requirements activities.
