This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Who we are

HII - Mission Technologies is currently seeking a JPMRC Project Manager for a new, single award task order contract to provide USARPAC and its operational partners with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale. As the Training Lead, you will serve as the primary POC for training activities across the theater, maintaining an overall understanding of the training priorities and environment. You will provide innovation and management across the span of USARPAC training and the JPMRC and will be based in our Ft. Shafter - Honolulu, HI location with occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary customer contact for training activities across the INDOPACOM theater, working closely with the Training Directorate (G3T). 
  • Maintain an overall understanding of USARPAC training priorities and training environment.
  • Manage all training activities and regularly identify and introduce innovation across USARPAC training and the JPMRC.
  • Work collaboratively with the program manager, other task order leaders, and subcontractors to integrate training with all other tasks.
  • Meet or exceed all customer-provided metrics.
     

What you need to have:

  • 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience. 
  • Active Secret clearance. 
     

Bonus points for:

  • At least five years of experience managing Army training as a field-grade staff officer at the maneuver Brigade Combat Team level, with Battalion Command experience.
  • Experience planning, preparing, and participating in Combat Training Center rotations.
  • At least five years of relevant experience managing projects that are similar in size and scope.
  • Intermediate or higher-level professional military education (e.g., Service Staff College).
