HII-Mission Technologies is seeking an HR Business Partner to work in the Honolulu, HI office. 
 

Essential Job Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you'll be:

  • Navigate HR complexities and resolve issues effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
  • Possesses a consultative engagement mindset and effectively engages with all levels of leadership including senior leadership, HR Managers/Business Partners, TA Managers or Recruiters, Compensation, Benefits, and Security to identify priorities and deliverables.
  • Experience with employee relations matters to include conducting, and overseeing investigations and writing reports, knowledge of employment regulatory requirements and Federal laws as they pertain to Hawaii and Asia Pacific countries. 
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience handling multiple tasks in a team-based, fast-paced, high-demand environment and possess excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. 
  • Understands and effectively responds to the complexity of solutions with both US and OCONUS dispersed workforce. 
  • Must have experience in providing guidance on all HR matters including staff development, legal concerns, and understanding of the WARN Act.   
  • Build relationships with Business Leaders to assist in the growth of the region by supporting new and re-competing bids for business. Ensure that the hiring strategy is effective to meet business needs.  
  • Ability to manage work with local and remote workers, previous multi-state experience desired. 
  • Ability to demonstrate effective influencing skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate superb communication skills.
  • US Citizenship Required

Preferred Requirements

  • Having experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Defense contractor experience
