Job Description

Seeking Software Engineer 3 to join the Technical Solution Division. This position requires the ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 60 days of hiring.

Candidate must have the following experience to qualify:
• Developing Web and/or Windows applications.
• SQL Server, and/or Oracle experience.
• Solid Experience with two or more of the following programming languages:
C#, .Net, VB, ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret Security Clearance.

The selected candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to propose and support technical solutions and architecture with proven industry best practices, rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish the goals, mentor and direct junior staff members as well as possess the ability to multi-task and manage priorities is required.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensures software standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications

5 years relevant experience with Bachelors; 3 years relevant experience with Masters. An additional 4 years of specific job experience with a HS diploma may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree requirement for this job. This experience is in addition to the relevant years of experience listed with the job's education requirements. Example: If this job required a Bachelor's degree + 5 years relevant experience the equivalency would equal HS diploma + 9 years job related experience.

Working knowledge in implementing the design within the several of the following technologies:
• Ajax
• AngularJS
• WebForms
• Webkit
• Git
• TFS
• Auto Cad
• Very good knowledge working with databases and writing SQL statements

Physical Requirements

Adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements Software Engineer family.
