Huntington Ingalls Industries - Mission Technologies is currently seeking a PED Analyst to support our government customers.

The PED Analyst will be instrumental in all phases of the project from inception and transition through completion in support of United States (U.S.) Africa Command (USAFRICOM). This position supports a 24/7 requirement and works a rotating shift schedule, including holidays and weekends.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Full Motion Video / Intelligence Analysts directly support operational planning and execution.
- Full-spectrum analysis through phases 1-3 FMV PED to ensure the highest quality of timely support to the team.
- A successful Senior FMV/Imagery Analyst shall perform advanced level FMV/Imagery analysis in support of multiple DoD organizations that may be geographically dispersed.
- You will use your knowledge and intelligence acumen to provide critical recommendations to operational decision-makers for regional and point analysis with detailed analysis products to support the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and analyze targeting methodology
- Application of advanced geospatial data and methodologies to enrich and contextualize traditional PED products.
- Shall perform advanced level FMV/Imagery
- Willingness to deploy as an Intelligence, surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).
- Exploit Imagery and FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, applying related intelligence information to the overall analysis.
- Ability to communicate analytical assessments clearly and succinctly both written and orally.
- Ability to work in dynamic fast-paced environments that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts.
- Experience in interfacing with both internal and external leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office, Google Earth, Motion Imagery PED Software Program.
- Experience and proficiency using capabilities such as AIDE, MIRC, GETS, CEDALION, UVDS, etc.
- Clearance- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with US Army and US Air Force manned and unmanned A-ISR systems
- Experience supporting operational units and knowledge of analytical techniques relevant to counterterrorism and Great Power Competition techniques
- Analysts will be expected to produce multi-INT products to build pattern-of-life for facilities and personnel.
- Analysts will be conducting Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI), Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), and employing traditional Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) tradecraft.
- In addition to airborne FMV, all candidates must be familiar with and capable of exploiting conventional imagery forms such as but not limited to Commercial Satellite Imagery and National Technical Means (NTM).
