This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. From towers to processors, we design, develop, integrate and manage the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) operations, exploitation and analysis for the Intelligence Community, the military services, geographic and functional combatant commands and DoD agencies.

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to support our USARPAC customer!

 

Come join our growing team supporting US Army Pacific, in Honolulu Hawaii!  The INDOPACOM combatant command theater covers over half the earth’s surface and provides unique challenges to our National Defense strategy. What you will do

  • Serve as an Operations Analyst for executive leadership in the USARPAC G3, assisting with budgeting, scheduling, and reporting; manage schedules, process documents, and provide human resource advising
  • Answer and screen calls, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and represent leadership on routine matters; take detailed notes and prepare executive summaries
  • Process essential documents (personnel actions, time records, travel, invoices, etc.) and maintain emergency notification data; draft communications, edit presentations, maintain accurate records, and track equipment
  • Additional duties as assigned or required 

What we are looking for

  • 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes, manage competing demands, and proactively solve problems
  • Expertise in scheduling meetings and coordinating all aspects of official military travel
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and independent working style
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance, with the continued ability to obtain a TS/SCI

  • Current Foreign Disclosure Representative training and certification
  • Active TS/SCI highly desired 

Physical Requirements

Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
