Job Description

Mission Technologies’ Cyber & Intelligence team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyberspace Operations Planner to support a high‑impact mission at Fort Meade. In this critical role, you will provide strategic guidance and advanced operational planning expertise to enhance cyberspace capabilities and strengthen joint mission integration. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive mission readiness and ensure effective execution across the cyberspace domain.
 
This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.
 
 

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support planning teams and working groups, driving the development and integration of cyberspace capabilities into operational plans.
• Develop concepts of support and courses of action, integrate internal and external capabilities, and coordinate comprehensive planning efforts.
• Provide situational awareness and contribute to a range of projects, crisis response activities, and ongoing operational efforts.
• Develop and review plans and guidance to ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives and support effective execution and resource allocation.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of cyber threats, attack methodologies from state and non‑state actors, and vulnerabilities within defended networks.

Minimum Qualifications

Cyber Architect 3: High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. 

Cyber Architect 4: 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. 

 Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration

 

 

Preferred Requirements

  • Develop support concepts and multiple courses of action to address complex cyberspace operational challenges.

  • Experience providing strategic counsel to senior executives on operational matters.
  • Integrate command-level and external partner capabilities into cohesive, mission-aligned plans.

  • Coordinate and document comprehensive operational strategies that align with joint planning standards.

  • Apply expert knowledge of cyber threats, attack vectors, and tactics employed by both state and non-state actors, with an emphasis on vulnerabilities.

  • Synchronize intelligence planning activities with operational timelines to ensure timely, actionable insights inform mission execution.

  • Experience speciic to cyber operations missions across operational lines.
