Job Description

HII – Mission Technologies is seeking SME level Cyberspace Operations Planners to join our Cyber & Intelligence team in support of a high-impact mission at Fort Meade. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and operational planning expertise to advance cyberspace capabilities and joint mission integration.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive operational planning support across cyberspace domains.

  • Lead the development and refinement of cyberspace capabilities aligned with mission objectives.

  • Collaborate on joint planning initiatives to ensure cohesive and effective operational execution.

 

This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.

Minimum Qualifications

7 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

 Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration

 

Preferred Requirements

  • Develop support concepts and multiple courses of action to address complex cyberspace operational challenges.

  • Experience providing strategic counsel to senior executives on operational matters.
  • Integrate command-level and external partner capabilities into cohesive, mission-aligned plans.

  • Coordinate and document comprehensive operational strategies that align with joint planning standards.

  • Apply expert knowledge of cyber threats, attack vectors, and tactics employed by both state and non-state actors, with emphasis on vulnerabilities within Blue Space.

  • Synchronize intelligence planning activities with operational timelines to ensure timely, actionable insights inform mission execution.

  • Experience speciic to cyber operations missions across operational lines.
