Job Description

HII-Mission Technologies’ Cyber & Intelligence team is seeking a driven and experienced Program Manager to lead all on-site cyberspace operations and program support for a key customer at Fort Meade, MD. This high-impact role involves management of operational planning, training and exercise coordination, managing security operations, developing strategic initiatives, and cultivating strong relationships with joint force partners. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Proven experience overseeing program activities in alignment with established quality assurance standards and protocols.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project risk, including proactive identification and implementation of effective mitigation strategies.

  • Extensive experience directing programs and projects within classified environments, ensuring compliance with security requirements and operational integrity

 

This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years relevant progressive experience with Master's Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a program manager providing support in cyber operations center.
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II Program Management certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Preferred Requirements

  • Proven ability to serve as the primary government interface for contract-related activities, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

  • Demonstrated success in supervising contractor teams and overseeing both technical execution and administrative program operations.

  • Background in driving technical initiatives and integrating emerging capabilities into mission environments.

  • Experience in assessing program risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and preparing budget proposals to support risk management.
