Job Description
Mission Technologies a division of HII - Cyber Electronic Warfare and Space (CEWS) provides full-spectrum cyber, EW and space capabilities that address today’s rapidly changing, multi-domain global security threats, and anticipate emerging threats.

Cyber Electronic Warfare and Space team is currently seeking a Joint Cyberspace Operations Planner 2 in support of an exciting new effort supporting one of our clients that is responsible for unifying the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthening DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrating and bolstering DoD's cyber expertise.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline with a minimum of five years of experience. (Additional four (4) years of job-related experience may be substituted for education requirement).
Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration
Preferred Requirements
Experience to include but not limited to:
- Reviewing strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher ups and making recommendations to ensure compliance and/or consideration in planning efforts.
- Developing plans and orders through the application of operational art and operational design, and by using the Joint Planning Process (JPP), within the milestones, deliverables, and interaction points for plans developed using Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) activities, and the contractor shall review draft orders for adherence to Order Procedures, provide feedback to Action Officers, assist in coordinating drafts and approvals.
- Providing input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of combat, and contingency plans and operations initiatives and facilitate resolution that may span multiple areas of responsibility.
- Developing tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), CONOPs, COAs, and other related documents related to cyberspace operations.
- Conducting research of current and emerging threats to U.S. Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR) and development of courses of action to defend and protect resources.
- Joint Planning Groups (JPGs), and Operational Planning Groups/Teams (OPG/OPTs).
- Training personnel on DoD planning and orders process.
