Summary

HII is seeking a Cryptologic Computer Scientist professional to join our Cyber and Intelligence team! This work is performed on customer site at Fort Meade to directly collaborate with data scientists, cryptologic and cryptanalytic programmers, reverse engineers, and intelligence planners to synergistically enable real-time solutions to be implemented at the speed of need.

 

As part of our Cyber and Intelligence team, you will be engaged in:

 

  • Providing support and related services to the implementation of enterprise data representations in various mission domains
  • Perform end-to-end systems engineering for data flows from the perspective of data format modeling, data mapping, and support to implementers and mission customers
  • This position requires strong data science expertise from cradle to grave with limited, high-level direction

What you will do

  • Design, develop, deliver and operate solutions to hard cryptologic computer science problems within a scientific framework
  • Solutions may arise in the forms of forensics and attack attribution, protection of critical networks, active systems warnings and indicators, active penetration into target systems, knowledge discovery of passive and active systems or other cryptologic computer science mission support
  • Requisite computer science skills (operating systems, compiler theory, database theory, algorithm analysis, computer architecture, discrete math, programming language theory, and data structures) are applied to each problem to provide state-of-the-art techniques, tools, and approaches

What we are looking for

  • 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly 

Bonus points for...

  • High School Diploma with 8 years relevant experience

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
