What you will do
As a Cryptologic Language Analyst at HII-Mission Technologies, you will be responsible for utilizing your language skills to process and analyze foreign language materials. We're looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following skills:
- Expertise in scanning, sorting, and categorizing foreign language written and verbal materials to extract essential information
- Proficiency in completing translations, transcriptions, and lists of complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken materials from the required language to English, and vice versa
- Ability to perform quality control on language processing activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
- Experience in compiling and updating operational work aids and databases to support ongoing language processing activities
- Strong skills in drafting intelligence reports to communicate findings and insights to relevant stakeholders

What we are looking for
- 2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 0 years of experience with Master's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience
- Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 3 in audio translation and text translation from Chinese/Mandarin into idiomatic, standard American English; skill level shall be documented within 2 years prior to resume submission
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
Bonus Points for...
- Equivalent of 4 years of full-time experience in Cryptologic Operations performing language processing in the required language(s)
- Translating and/or transcribing, and gisting shall be the primary duty for at least 2 of the 4 years of experience
- Reporting shall be the primary duty for no more than 1 year of the required 4 years
- 2 years of end product reporting experience
- 3 years performing Computer Network Operations
