Position Summary:

HII's Mission technologies has a need a need for a Military Operations Analyst who will develop, coordinate, write, review and staffing of requirement documents and other documents in support of capability development and the material acquisition processes. The candidate will maintain expertise in logistics, robotics, and unmanned aerial systems, and semi-autonomous vehicle capability added to Tactical Wheeled Vehicles (TWVs) through the integration of applique robotic kits.

 

This position is located on site at Ft Gregg Adams in Virginia.

What you will do

 

  • Research, analyze, and provide recommendations for systems current and future capabilities, managing life cycle, requirements, gaps/shortfalls, and proposed solutions which shall provide the foundation for recommendations.
  • Develop recommendations for the Concepts of Employment (CONEMP), for the fielding, use and sustainment of new capabilities based on the Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) assessments.
  • Participate in and provide support to planning meetings, workshops, and conferences.

What we are looking for: Minimum Qualifications

 

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Must be able to obtian and maintain a Secret security clearance. 

Preferred Requirements

 

  • Previous experience with JCIDS requirements development is a plus, as is Army logistics experience.

Physical Requirements

 

  • May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
