Job Description

HII's Technical Solutions Division is looking for a Team Lead, Senior Intelligence Content Manager to provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, build and maintain databases; execute intelligence master data management; data architecture; monitor intelligence; assist with administration and management of RFIs; produce metrics; provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied / Partner systems. Produce metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining databases; execute intelligence master data management; data architecture; monitor intelligence; assists with administration and management of RFIs; produces metrics; provides cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied / Partner systems. Produces metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
  • 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years. 
  • Clearance:  Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+
  •  2 years demonstrated experience using Multimedia Message Manager (M3), conducting profile management, and monitoring message traffic for anomalies.
  •  4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
  •  Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentationsto diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
  • Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks. Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings. Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
