Job Description

HII – Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is seeking a motivated leader for the position of DTIC IAC MAC Program Manager with a proven record of driving task order revenue growth in the Federal market.  This position will work closely with others in the Business Development team, as well as the line organization leadership and members of the supporting functional areas, to generate revenue using our portfolio of master contract vehicles, with a particular focus on the DTIC IAC MAC. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing program management, contract compliance, building and maintaining relationships with government and industry peers, identifying market opportunities, building pipeline, offering contract vehicle education and recommendations, and supporting task order proposals. The position is in Fairfax, VA, with the opportunity for telework.

Essential Job Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Engage with internal stakeholders, government customers and industry partners to identify and shape potential opportunities using knowledge of company capabilities, client relationships and contract vehicles (primary focus will be on DTIC IAC MAC, but familiarity with other vehicles will be needed)
Consult with HII’s internal business groups regarding contract scope and features/benefits and recommend relevant acquisition/growth strategies
Identify and help qualify new task order business opportunities and support pipeline development
Manage the Advance Planning Matrix (APM) distribution and bid / no-bid responses; monitor IAC MAC pipeline in Salesforce
Provide bid/no-bid recommendations on opportunities
Support the capture and proposal development phases of the opportunity lifecycle by providing DTIC/774th ESS customer insights, participating in color reviews, and ensuring submissions are compliant with master contract requirements
Produce/Review contract deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely submission
Develop/maintain websites, marketing materials and collateral
Participate in marketing events such as program management reviews, and conferences
Participate in industry groups/committees and bring market insights back to HII
Work collaboratively across organizations to further company goals
Personally model HII values of integrity, safety, honesty, engagement, responsibility, and performance

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 8+ years’ relevant experience in business development and program management; OR Master's degree plus 6 years relevant experience in business development or program management
Experience working with DTIC master contract vehicles and task orders
Established relationships with DoD Information Analysis Center and 774th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron personnel
Strong customer service focus
Exemplary work ethic, judgement, and Independent initiative attuned to meeting deadlines
Ability to coordinate across multiple matrixed resource teams and influence those not in your direct line of authority
Experience identifying key growth areas and opportunities aligned with corporate growth strategies
Clearance:  Eligible to obtain and maintain Secret clearance or higher

Preferred Requirements

PMP certification
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
