Job Description

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a highly motivated, driven, and passionate Senior C5ISR Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Analyst.  Do you have experience as a Business/Requirements Analyst supporting DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) challenges?   Then this is the role for you.  

HII Analysts support the DoD Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Executive Agent (EA) Office located in Fairfax, VA.  The MPE EA is responsible for both Enterprise and Expeditionary Capabilities.  We support a broad range of activities to include Requirements Management, Risk Reporting, Project Initiation through Service Provider transition to Development and Operations Maintenance (O&M). 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Applicants must possess experience and expertise in developing, implementing, and enabling governance, portfolio management, technical policy review, executive-level analysis, strategic planning, and executive-level operational support.
  • Your duties could include supporting Issue Paper development, guide and lead studies (e.g., Capability Based Assessments (CBAs), Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), and Background Bullet Papers (BBPs). 
  • Your expertise could be utilized in solving technical nuances like Zero Trust and Data Centric Secure (DCS) technologies by identifying, analyzing, and resolving program support deficiencies through development and/or recommendation of corrective actions. 
  • In addition, we’re looking for individuals with strong senior-level staffing skills, executive correspondence/ghostwriting for executives, and helpful experience working within DoD, Joint Staff, Services, and Support Agencies and/or acquisitions, JCIDS, or PPBE process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
  • US Citizenship
  • Must be willing to travel 10% - 25% of the year in an official capacity.  
  • Clearance: Must possess an active TS clearance and have SCI eligibility.
  • You will be expected to thrive in a Hybrid/Remote work environment with minimal client intervention.  Strong communication skills is a must in building relationships with system engineers, colleagues, and network connections in the MPE mission space.  

Preferred Requirements

  •  Previous exposure to or experience with some or all of the relevant capabilities, functions, missions, and processes of the US Defense Combatant Commands (CCMD), and CCMD Joint Intelligence Operation Centers
  • Understanding of coalition intelligence and operational data-sharing programs, techniques, or methodologies
  • Understanding or experience with commonly used cross-domain transfer options and technologies
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, best practices and goals
