Summary:

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Property Management Administrator to oversee property management for the Joint Network Engineering and Emerging Operations (JNEEO) Task Order.  This is a remote position with travel required (up to 25%).

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and synchronize all Property Management efforts in support of the JNEEO Task Order.
  • Coordinate and attend Bi-Weekly property meeting with government (AAS-D) Property Administrator and complete government-assigned tasks.
  • Serve as the primary JNEEO POC for company material management system (currently eQuip).
  • Coordinate contractual requirements related to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Government owned property mandates.
  • Conduct ongoing property control program activities to ensure compliance with government regulations or corporate policies and procedures.
  • Conduct material management data calls, property audits, contractor self-assessments, and property management self-assessments.
  • Assist Project Managers with receiving property into eQuip.
  • Provide property management training to project management personnel.
  • Maintain effective customer communications and relations.
  • Attend JNEEO Bi-Weekly Meeting with AAS-Defense management team.

What We're Looking For:

 

  • 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
  • Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
  • Expert knowledge of and experience with property management system (eQuip)
  • Demonstrate the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks.
  • Intermediate use of basic principles in supply chain management, purchasing/procurement practices, and logistics.
  • Candidate must be proficient in the use of PCs and word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and desktop applications software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of and experience with the government property management system (PIEE).
  • Strong computer skills, MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Adobe, and SharePoint.
  • Highly organized, follow-through with tasks, and extremely detail oriented.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
