This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Who we are

HII - Mission Technologies is currently seeking an Information Assurance Manager for a new, single award task order contract to provide SOCPAC, its service component commands, and its strategic and operational partners with enterprise C5ISR and ancillary services. The Information Assurance Manager will serve as the senior point of contact and lead for ensuring that Government and industry best practices for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Information Technology (IT) systems and services are applied and executed for the C5ISR services. This position can be located in the Northern Virginia area. May require relocation to Hawaii. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight of all information assurance activities, serving as the customer’s single point of contact.
  • Apply and execute Government and industry best practices for maintaining CIA of IT systems and services.
  • Collaborate with Government personnel and task order leads to integrate Information Assurance into all C5ISR services.
  • Meet or exceed all customer-provided metrics.
     

What you need to have:

  • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience. 
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
     

Bonus points for:

  • Minimum of ten years’ experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach for a program of similar scope and complexity.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience working with ISR technologies, military operations, and intelligence life cycle.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience as a site lead and/or managing flight operations for ISR platforms in austere environments.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience managing performance-based projects and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.
  • Experience with regulations and processes required when working with countries within the USINDOPACOM AOR.
  • Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience working in roles within or with countries within the USINDOPACOM AOR.
