Summary
HII-Mission Technolgoies is seeking a Executive Administrative Specialist to deliver high-impact support to senior leadership and staff at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. This role requires coordination across internal and external stakeholders, up to the Top Secret/SCI level, ensuring efficient task execution, seamless communication, and alignment of strategic priorities. The specialist will manage critical administrative workflows, facilitate operational readiness for high-level engagements, and maintain compliance within secure environments.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and task execution among SPACECENT leadership, external agencies, and classified networks.
- Track task progress using the Task Management Tool (TMT) on NIPRnet and SIPRnet.
- Prepare, edit, and manage high-level correspondence, presentations, and infographics.
- Administer executive calendars, organize secure meetings, and manage security clearance logistics.
- Maintain accurate databases and SharePoint lists for accessibility and reporting.
- Support processing of awards, decorations, and evaluations.
- Evaluate and enhance administrative processes through quality assurance and procedure optimization.
- Serve as liaison for SPACECENT and partner organizations to ensure continuity of administrative operations.
- Advise leadership on administrative best practices and respond promptly to government inquiries.
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings with short notice and assist with off-site coordination.
- Prepare weekly reports, calendars, and visual task trackers using Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
- 4+ years of senior-level administrative support experience.
- Hands-on experience using Task Management Tools (TMT).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint).
- Ability to perform duties independently with precision and efficiency.
- Clearance: Must posses and maintain a Top Secret with SCI elgibility.
- Valid driver’s license required to operate mission vehicles.

- Proven discretion and experience supporting senior leadership (e.g., general/flag officers, senior executives).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in handling sensitive communications within classified environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under time constraints and minimal supervision.
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Previously supported O-6 leadership.
- Prior military service.
