This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems.

Job Description

Analyze SIGINT and non-SIGINT data sources to identify trends, patterns, and electromagnetic emissions from multi-domain communications networks.  Apply technical expertise to decipher signals intelligence into actionable intelligence. Provide analysis, recommendations, and information, and the interpretation and dissemination of the collected information.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Prior intelligence analysis experience in applications such as terrestrial communications, SATCOM, or other data-link based technologies
  • Detailed knowledge of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, to process and analyze intelligence findings 
  • Proven ability to deeply understand SIGINT (including FISINT, and PROFORMA) intelligence products and process intelligence to relevant and actionable insights 
  • Strong background and experience in SIGINT systems, tools, databases, reporting, and collection management
  • Proficiency, knowledge, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
  • Experience coordinating with various intelligence organizations and sources 
  • Possess strong communication skills to convey complex analysis to technical and non-technical audiences through written and verbal methods
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, team environment, being adaptable to changing project needs
  • Active Top Secret clearance required with eligibility to obtain SCI and higher level access

Preferred Requirements

  • SIGINT analysis experience across multiple domains
  • Familiarity with RF Communications system technologies/hardware
  • EWIRDB production experience

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
