This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems.

Job Description
Huntington Ingalls Industries, Mission Technologies (HII-MT) is seeking a qualified candidate for: Project Management Analyst. The ideal candidate has a solid administrative background with specific strengths in decision-making, customer relationships and coordination, technical requirements definition, and rapid solutions involving multiple groups/organizations. This position will work closely with external organizations and stakeholders to rapidly build up test capabilities. This individual must be able to work with technical experts to document requirements and assist in managing resources efficiently to include subcontractors.

- Outstanding ability to proactively communicate via telephone and email with stakeholders at various locations.
- Manage team schedules. Coordinate and oversee appointment setting, meetings, and events, ensuring high-priority tasks and mission objectives align. Handle calendar conflicts, prioritize urgent meetings, and work as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams.
- Organize and coordinate the efforts of internal and external individuals before, during, and after testing.
- Manage critical spectrum frequency authorizations ensuring timely compliance with US DoW, NTIA and FCC RF spectrum policy and guidelines.
- Coordinate and track program purchasing to ensure resources are acquired in a timely manner and meet mission deadlines and requirements.
- Effectively utilize cost control and budgeting skills that will enable accurate budget adherence for material and labor.
- Manage a comprehensive filing system (both digital and physical). Conduct regular audits to ensure files are up-to-date and organized.
This position is located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio and is within a commutable distance from Beavercreek, Fairborn, Dayton, and Riverside.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for providing mission support to include program management oversight to a single customer requiring coordination of project requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors. Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Program may be based out of a single location utilizing established technologies requiring standard application to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develop new business or expanding services with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance, with enhanced security checks
- Experience working with various management software tools to include Microsoft Office Suite, Project and other applicable management applications.
- Experience working closely with external organizations and stakeholders to rapidly build up requirements. This individual must be able to work with technical experts to define requirements and manage resources efficiently to include subcontractors.
- Must be willing to travel to support program events – 10%
- Clearance:
- Current Active DoD Secret Clearance or Higher
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance, with enhanced security checks
