Summary
HII Mission Technologies seeks a talented Software Engineer to join our team supporting critical government programs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to contribute to meaningful projects while developing their technical expertise.
What you will do
- Architect and implement sophisticated software solutions, including application development, system integration, and debugging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop electronic data processing systems.
- Analyze user requirements and system capabilities to optimize program functionality.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and operating procedures.
- Design and develop essential software components including compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
- Participate in quality assurance processes, including testing and maintenance.
- Support production operations and troubleshooting as needed.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 0-3 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements Software Engineer family.
