Job Description

Enlighten is expanding its high-performing team supporting HII – Mission Technologies. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top-tier Cloud Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Data Scientists supporting Defense and Intelligence Community (IC) missions.

In this role, you will partner directly with engineering leaders, execute advanced sourcing strategies, and serve as a primary face of Enlighten to cleared technical talent.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Advanced Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, GitHub, niche networks) to target highly cleared candidates (Secret to TS/SCI with Polygraph) across key regional hubs (MD, VA, TX, GA, SC, ID).
  • Technical Screening: Conduct thorough pre-screening assessments evaluating candidate alignment with technical environments, including AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Spark, Hadoop, and Big Data architecture.
  • Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage candidate workflows end-to-end—from initial outreach and pre-screening through interview coordination, offer extension, salary negotiation, and onboarding integration via SuccessFactors.
  • Engineering Partnership: Continuously engage with technical staff to stay current on emerging tools, modern software stacks, and program requirements, ensuring credible interactions with specialized candidates.
  • Data Integrity & Continuous Improvement: Maintain exact ATS record-keeping for audit readiness, utilize recruiting metrics to optimize pipeline efficiency, and leverage modern tools (including AI-driven sourcing platforms) to streamline talent acquisition.
  • Event & Network Representation: Represent Enlighten at regional career fairs, networking events, and industry expos as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prior experience finding candidates that are able to obtain a U.S. Government Security clearance to candidates that already have a Secret up to and including a Polygraph level clearance.
