Job Description

HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Senior C5ISR Mission Partner Environment  Scheduler and Systems Analyst. The MPE Scheduler provides senior programmatic, operational, and technical expertise and support to the DoD Executive Agent (EA) for DoD’s Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Combined, Joint All-Domain Command & Control (CJADC2) Operations Office roles and responsibilities within the SAF/AAIC and supported offices.  

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on Contract Work Breakdown Structure
  • Develop an Agile methodology Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by working with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, and associate interdependencies across the program
  • Advise Project Control and Engineering Team in detailed project planning and scope development for engineering and infrastructure projects
  • Develop achievable master schedule critical path for project, program and contractual milestones
  • Create graphic schedule representations for briefings. Integrate schedule data into automated division schedule reporting tools.
  • Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control
  • Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team
  • Develop scheduling status reports and regular schedule deliverables, which are reviewed at Program Management meetings
  • Conduct collection, analysis, and management of MPE-related data and products
  • Generate C5ISR/MPE/JADC2-related briefings and analytical products
  • Conduct/Support MPE Risk Management process
  • Conduct/Support Knowledge Management of MPE data/products

Minimum Qualifications

• 15 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics or business); 13 years relevant experience with a Master's in a related field; 10 years relevant experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.

•  Clearance: Must possess an Active Secret Clearance or be Secret Eligible

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with DoD Contracting environment
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience on large-scale development projects
  • Previous exposure to or experience with some or all of the relevant capabilities, functions, missions, and processes of the US Defense Combatant Commands (CCMD), CCMD Joint Intelligence Operation Centers and coalition interoperability 
  • Understanding of coalition intelligence and operational data-sharing programs, techniques, or methodologies
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, best practices and goals
